Following the promotion of our Business Lead to Head of Agency we’re looking for a Group Business and Relationship Manager to join our team. We’re looking for someone that is a real people person, genuinely curious and eager to solve big challenges.

You will be a natural networker, enjoy building relationships and love all things pop culture. We’re a proactive business, with a clear business growth plan. This person will be key to delivering that day-to-day. From managing inbound enquiries, to creating proactive outreach for businesses that we would love to work with.

This person will need to have a strong understanding of the role culture plays with consumers. This person will have stories to tell. They will have the ability to excite clients. They will have high energy. They will be a confident conversation starter.

You will work across a range of clients from lifestyle, to hospitality, to celebrity, to entertainment. You will be on top of trends, an avid social listener, live for experiences and have a natural get sh*t done attitude.

You will work closely with our delivery teams across hype, demand and legacy, client services and marketing.

You’ll be highly respectful of all communities and culture.

We work with global and household names and we’re incredibly proud of the work we do and the people we work with. Some of our clients include: NOW, BOXPARK, Google, Idris Elba and Popeyes.

Our Culture

We are very much in the business of people at The Fitting Room, we have an exciting People Agenda for the next five years, focused on talent and working in partnership with our team.

We’re not here for big BS statements on the website, we just move with respect for our team and what they might need. For example, when the true extent of the cost of living was revealed, we immediately gave everyone a 5% pay rise.

We have an internal summer initiative called ‘Don’t Forget to Live’ and a winter initiative, ‘Don’t Forget to Learn’, both are built for team and to enhance their lives beyond their careers.

In 2022, ‘Don’t Forget to Live’ included a trip to Coachella, a summer party in Ibiza and 4 day working week in July and August.

In 2023, ‘Don’t Forget to Learn’ included the team learning new things chosen by them, from fire breathing, to acrylic nails, to DJ school, to ballet lessons and half days in Fridays to get out to explore culture.

+ Managing all inbound enquiries, from brief to pitch

+ Establish and grow relationships with relevant partners

+ Leading on proactive outreach to prospective clients we would love to work with

+ Maintain plan for forecasting, targeting and attaining sales

+ Managing internal resources and processes for pitches

+ Drafting estimates/ quotes for projects and campaigns

+ Working alongside our marketing team to make sure our marketing and external comms are optimised to create curiosity and drive enquiries

+ You will be responsible for managing a number of relationships and be their first point of contact

+ Building plans from our data to create new conversations


+ 4 years+ experience in a client services or business strategy agency role

+ Exceptional organisation and attention to detail

+ Strong ability with financial and budgetary processes

+ Confident leader and decision maker

+ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Drive
