To drive hype for the launch of the London flagship and pre-launch sign ups to the waitlist.

HydraFacial is a globally admired brand in the beauty and aesthetics space, known for its high-performance treatments and cult following.

While traditionally available through third-party salons in the UK, this launch marked a significant brand moment: the opening of HydraFacial’s first-ever flagship-owned store.

Our challenge?

To clearly communicate the store’s flagship status, drive first-time trial through complimentary treatments, and ultimately convert new customers into repeat bookings at partner salons nationwide.

The Solution

We created an experience that immersed guests in a world of water with a touch of Hollywood, hosted by British legend, Alesha Dixon.

We needed shareability to be embedded in every touch point. 

From the waterfall step and repeat, to branded ice cubes, ice cream bars, and personalised cocktails.

To keep the energy of the event high, we curated a lineup including The Dixon Brothers, Lovely Laura and Tiffany Calver.
