While traditionally available through third-party salons in the UK, this launch marked a significant brand moment: the opening of HydraFacial’s first-ever flagship-owned store.
Our challenge?
To clearly communicate the store’s flagship status, drive first-time trial through complimentary treatments, and ultimately convert new customers into repeat bookings at partner salons nationwide.
We needed shareability to be embedded in every touch point.
From the waterfall step and repeat, to branded ice cubes, ice cream bars, and personalised cocktails.
