Grounding insight: The second week of December is known as ‘the most hungover week of the year’ in the UK.

The Brief

To create a campaign that highlighted the medicinal properties of Pho’s signature bone broth.

Pho is one of the UK’s most-loved high street restaurant groups, with a cult following for its fresh, flavourful, and gluten-free dishes.

But December brings a different kind of dining energy – fast food, boozy nights, and traditional festive fare dominate the conversation.

Our job was to keep Pho top of mind during the Christmas season, driving last-minute walk-ins and delivery orders. To do that, we had to show up where customers actually were, on TikTok, in the scroll, and in the group chats. We needed a story that felt fun, relevant, and wildly shareable – built for the For You Page, not just the feed.

The Solution

We transformed a pop up shop into a ‘Pho-macy’, launching The Pho Fix, a two day ‘hangover bar’ experience serving up Pho’s signature juices and phở.

The design was inspired by pharmacy branding, with orders written on prescription pads and fresh herbs displayed in life-size medicine bottles.

To add an additional hook, we also offered the public free IV drips, making the luxury accessible on a first-come, first-served basis.
