Pho is one of the UK’s most-loved high street restaurant groups, with a cult following for its fresh, flavourful, and gluten-free dishes.
But December brings a different kind of dining energy – fast food, boozy nights, and traditional festive fare dominate the conversation.
Our job was to keep Pho top of mind during the Christmas season, driving last-minute walk-ins and delivery orders. To do that, we had to show up where customers actually were, on TikTok, in the scroll, and in the group chats. We needed a story that felt fun, relevant, and wildly shareable – built for the For You Page, not just the feed.
The design was inspired by pharmacy branding, with orders written on prescription pads and fresh herbs displayed in life-size medicine bottles.
To add an additional hook, we also offered the public free IV drips, making the luxury accessible on a first-come, first-served basis.
